What is the minimum order quantity?
Order quantity varies by product type and piece count. Simply get in touch and we will define the best terms tailored to your project.
Which piece options are available?
For adults: 260, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 pieces; for children: 4-in-1 boxes, frame puzzles and memory cards.
Can we use our own artwork/design?
Absolutely. We produce custom puzzles from your high-resolution artwork, and our team supports you during prepress.
Do you export and ship abroad?
Yes. We supply retail chains at home and abroad and ship to many countries with export-grade quality standards.
Are your products certified and how do I get a quote?

Are you a puzzle manufacturer in Turkey?
Yes. Phoenix Puzzle is a local jigsaw puzzle manufacturer based in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. With printing experience since the 1990s, we produce puzzles in Turkey under our own brand and as a contract manufacturer.

Where can I buy puzzles wholesale?
You can source puzzles wholesale directly from the manufacturer, Phoenix Puzzle. We supply retail chains, stores and brands with wholesale and private-label production.
How many puzzle pieces are suitable for a child's age?
General guidance: ages 3-5 frame and 4-in-1 large-piece sets; ages 6-8 around 100-260 pieces; ages 9+ and adults 500, 1000 and more. Our range includes options for every age.
How do you glue and frame a finished puzzle?
A finished puzzle can be fixed with puzzle glue for a clear protective finish and then framed. You can use our puzzle glue, mat and other accessories for this.
Do you produce promotional and gift puzzles?
Yes. We produce custom promotional, gift and event puzzles with your brand's logo and artwork — an ideal gift for corporate projects.
