Contract (private-label) puzzle manufacturing means a brand has puzzles produced by a specialist facility using its own artwork, logo and packaging. At Phoenix Puzzle we have been in the printing industry since the 1990s — we make our own products and also produce private-label puzzles for domestic and international brands.

The process starts with print-ready artwork, followed by high-resolution offset printing, sturdy board lamination, precision die-cutting, box production and packaging. Our fully automated machine park ensures high-volume, consistent quality.
